CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS POLICY

Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel your appointment. If you need to cancel, please do so at least 1 hour before your scheduled appointment time to avoid any inconvinience. No refunds shall be allowed for appointment cancelled within 1 hour of scheduled appointment time.

How to Cancel

To cancel your appointment, leave us a WhatsApp message at +1 646 9024746. Please be sure to request cancellation at least 1 hour before your scheduled appointment time. No refunds shall be allowed for appointment cancelled within 1 hour of scheduled appointment time.

Refunds

Upon cancellation, a full refund will be processed. Refunds are credited back to the original method of payment.

Please refer to Stripe's policy for timeframes of refunds. Doctors Medical Center will not be liable for any delays in processing of refunds.

Responsibility

Please note that it is the responsibility of the user to ensure the appointment is canceled through our website. Doctors Medical Center is not liable for failure to cancel an appointment if not done through the prescribed method, or within prescribed timeframe.
